Running is best and simple excersize.It is good for overall health and gets benefits for every body parts.Jogging in the morning helps to reduce stress and improove mental power also,it keeps mind clean and fresh.Jogging must start from childhood and it should maintain as a habit.

1.WEAR SUITABLE SHOES WHILE RUNNING

The shoes are the part of jogging.Every runners must wear shoes while running.Otherwise naket footed jogging causes damages in nerves on foot,it is very dangerous.Some of nerves cinnects brain also.So dont forgot to wear shoes.
You can select any shoes as your wish.I prefering you to wear running shoes because of it gives good grip to the road so chances for slipping is less.

2.BEGINNING WITH A WARM UP

After getting wake up dont go for running directly.Flush your face and mouth with water and it is healthier to dring a glass of water before jogging.
Start your running with a small warm up.You can try few push up and pull up.

3.DONT WORRY ABOUT THE SPACE

The space that available for jogging is not a problem.You can manage your space by rounding it.

4.BREATH THROUGH NOSE AND MOUTH

This is an important factor on jogging.Breathing procedure affect the air circulation of the body.The best way to breathing is breath in through nose and breath out through mouth.This procedure helps to maintain fresh brain functions.

5.DONT MIX WALKING AND RUNNING

Mixing the running with walking is not good.If you tired dont go for walk ,maintain your running at low speed and slowly stop it.
Mixing these two are cause problems on joints and muscles.

6.TIME AND DUTATION

The best time i prefer for jogging is morning.During sunrise is best for it.The evening is also good but the body become tired at evening so did nt get actual benefits.
The duration is not a big thing,you can run for any time.For beginners it difficult for long time running but the can achieve it by daily practice.I am considering must run atleast one hour a day for healthy body.

7.WHAT IS AFTER JOGGING

After you stops your jogging,dont go for immediate bath it causes more problems.Relax some time,During these time you can listen to music,read news papers..etc.
Afrer about half an hour you can take bath.
