HOW TO MAKE WINE AT HOME

    First off all what is the difference between home made wine and commercial wines.The home made wine contains less amound of alcoholic contents.Didnt using preservatives,chemicals,food colours.So it is trustful.The cinception of more alcohol is bad for health.
•Dont use alcohol while driving
•Dont drink if you are pregnent
•Dont consume much more alcohol
•Diabetic patients dont use it.

INGREDIENTS

1.Fresh fruits
2.Sugar
3.yeast
4Wheat
5.Preservatives(not recomented)

EQUIPMENTS

1.Plastic container(large)
2.Long rod or spoon
3.Air tight cap
4.Coloured bottles
Lets start:
1.Take the fruits as your wish.clean it with fresh water,and allow it to dry.
2.Clean the containers,equipments..etc.
3.The amount of sugar is
    1kg fruit-1.5kg sugar ratio.
4.Firstly pore some sugar to the bottom of container then place the first layer of fruit.Fill the container by placing alternate layer of fruit and sugar.
5.After completely filling it add some yeast and wheat .It boosts the fermentation process.
6.Gently mix it with long rod or spoon.And close the container with air tight cap.Allow it for fermentation process.
7.Mix it at an intervel of 5 days.And wait for 21days.
8.After reaching 21 days our wine is ready.Open the cap and filter it,dont apply stress on it.Gently filter it.
Then fill it in coloured bottle.Store in cool and dry place.Keep avoid from direct sunlight.
Our home made wine is ready.You can add preservatives and food colours to it,but it is not recommented because of health problems.
