FAST FOODS AND HEALTH PROBLEMS


Do you like fast foods..? Ofcourse everyone like it.Did you think that does it is good or bad for your health?Today it become a habbit.Fast foods and soft drinks are becomes essential content in this fastest world.
    Day by day diseases and health problems are increasing.Most of 75% of health problems are causes due to the bad food habits.Today hotels,resturants,street shops are increasing because of the demand of fast foods.
    Most of fast food customers are teenagers, youngers,and childs.According to surveys most of peoples suffers due to diabetics and blood pressure variations at the age of 25.The ingredients reduces life span and causes cancer,gas trouble,anxiety,acidity,..etc.
Daily use of these causes addiction.
    The ingredients are toxic substances when it  consumes more quantity.The main elements of fast food are:

  • Food colour
  • Preservatives
  • Fat oils
  • Odors
  • Essences

FOOD COLOUR

Food colours are artificaly made colouring agents.These are chemical substances which are mainly causes stomatch problems.These are mainly using in chickens and other meat products,soups,bakeries,...etc
   We must avoid coloured foods because it makes large health problems especially kids and childrends.

PRESERVATIVES

Preservatives are substances which saves the food products from external agents like bacterias, fungus..etcThese keeps food fresh for long times sometimes weeks and months.
Preservatives contains chemical substances which are kills bacterias and prevents its actions.
The daily uses of these are causes cancer also,stomatch problems,gas trouble,..etc.
There are natural preservatives available like salt,coconut oil..etc. So avoid artificial preservatives and use natural substances.

FAT OILS

Fat oils are causes large health problems,stomatch problems,cholestrol..etc.Most of fast food shops use cheap rate oils and they reuse it day by day.The reuse of these fat oils causes ulsar,gas trouble and the rate of cancer is high.the re boiling of oils are very dangerous because re boiling causes changes its structure.The oily foods also causes skin problems like pimples,aging,,etc
So must avoid oily foods.Use low cholestrol oil like sun flower oils,rice bran oils..etc

ODORS

Odors are gives an attracting smells for food products.These are mostly using in street shops and road side shops.These are attract customers,this is a business trick.

ESSENCES
Essences are artificial substances which gives and boosts smell,taste and smoothness of foods.These are really retards the health.Causes health problems.

                             The conclusion is avoid the fast foods as much as you can.Health is wealth.Use fresh foods,fruits,water.If necessary use the natural preservatives and colours.These are available in our home..Avoid childrens from fast food.Give thenm fiber,and protein rich foods.
