1.Carrot Salad

Ingredients

1.Carrot                           - 2nos
2.Onion (diced)               -1
3.Green chilli                  -1
4.Salt                               -1/2 teaspoon
5.Vegetable oil                -2 spoon
6.vinegar                         -1/2 teaspoon
7.Sugar                            -1/2 teaspoon

Directions

  • Clean carrot and dice it into small pieces.
  • Take a bowl and toss together the all other ingredients and mix it well.
  • It is ready to serve.

2.Sausage Roll

Ingredients

1.Sausage(Sliced)                  - 3 nos
2.Onion(Diced)                     -1
3.Tomato(Diced)                   -1
4.Capsicum                           -1
5.Garlic                                 -3 pieces
6.Oil                                      -4spoons
7.Tomato souse                     -1 teaspoon
8.Chappathy                          -3

Directions

  • Put some oil on the hot pan and toss 1-5 ingredients to it and cook it for 5-10 minuts.
  • Pore the cooked mix into a chappathy and add some souse to it and roll it.

Directions

  • Put all ingredients in to a blender.
  • Blend well until smooth and creamy.

2.Rose surup            -2table spoon

Directions

  • Blend milk,rose syrup and sugar.
  • Add some ice to it and blend it again.

Directions

  • Take a bowl and toss 1-9 ingredients.
  • Mix it well with hand or spoon.

  • Boil noodiles in hot water,cook it for 5 minutes.
  • Add 2-8 ingredients to it and mix it well.
  • Heat a pan and add oil to it.
  • Add these mix to the oil and fry it.
